Safety certificates, EPCs and repairs are charged at the contractor's price with no mark-up. One month's notice on every service, no exit fee.

Tenants
We don't charge tenant fees. We only take the payments the Tenant Fees Act 2019 allows:
- Rent.
- A refundable holding deposit of up to 1 week's rent.
- A refundable tenancy deposit of up to 5 weeks' rent (6 weeks if the annual rent is £50,000 or more).
- Reasonable costs for lost keys or security devices, and interest on rent more than 14 days late.
- Utilities, council tax, TV licence and communications where the tenancy says so.
