What we collect
The details you enter in our forms: name, phone, email, postcode or address, and your message. Repair reports may include photos.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and valuations (legitimate interests).
- To manage tenancies and properties (contract) and to meet our legal duties, such as Right to Rent checks, deposit protection and anti-money laundering checks (legal obligation).
Who sees it
Our staff, referencing and deposit providers when you apply for a home, contractors for repairs, and our IT providers, all acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead anywhere are deleted after 12 months. Tenancy and property records are kept for 6 years after a tenancy or management ends.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
